Our service package follows a predefined protocol to ensure smooth completion of each service task. We have designed our Services package based on our understanding of the customer needs which is explained below. The incoming Customer problem calls are monitored, who keeps constant track record of the Customer Support / marketing Personnel
Our clients can be assured of a response time of a maximum of 12 hours. All our Service engineers are monitored by a central committee. And each engineer is provided with a pager/mobile, which enables us, to trace him or her anywhere in the field and assign them the respective call.
Our Engineers carry all essential and regularly used spares in their repair kits. They are instructed to replace defective parts without attempting any component level repair.
MINERVA COMPUTER's TRC is well equipped with all the modern testing and repair technologies required for providing thorough testing and repair services. Our engineers working there are well trained for repair and testing of different equipments.
At the time of servicing we come across some users who are not aware of the actual problem and we are unable to provide the complete information required while carrying out a installations of new systems or on inspection ( in case of an existing system to be covered under Annual Maintenance Contract) We provide a separate half an hour session to explain the basics / do's and don'ts to the users.
Regular Preventive Maintenance is undertaken essentially to ensure trouble free working of the equipments and computers on a BI-monthly basis. This ensures that components last well past their life, and that the overall efficiency and up time of the system is high.
